How clients can open/log tickets on HelpDesk.

Step 1 : In MicrosoftTeams you're going to access our public SGH Group and click all channels to see the available options and click on the HelpDesk option in the top right corner. 

Step 2 : Once you've clicked on the "HelpDesk" option, you'll be redirected through a link to "HelpCenter" where you'll need to log in/sign up with your credentials.

Step 3 : Once you're logged in you should be able to see the tickets tab and there should be an option the log/open a new ticket.

Step 4 : Once you open a ticket you'll have the requirements to fill in information about what you need assistance on, thereafter you can submit your ticket.

Once you've followed all these steps your ticket should appear on an Agents end and thereafter you'll be assisted.
